The Painful Learning...

"I want this never to have happened. Actually I want to cry. I suppose I've no real reason to now. It's happened, it's done now, but I want to. I'm tired, fed up, weary. I want to curl up and disappear for a few days. I want to get back my energy and come back out ready to fight. I want to be able to smile without it seeming like an effort. I want to not have to look over my shoulder or second guess why people are doing things. I want to feel like I can trust people again."
