Turning wheels can tire...

Yesterday I needed to get three new tyres plus new brake pads and discs. It was through a service that comes to your location, in my case this was outside my home, so I didn’t need to drive it afterwards.

This morning, driving the car for the first time since the work was completed, it felt beautifully, glaringly, obvious that the drive had a gentle smoothness that I didn’t recognise.

It was a reminder for me that sometimes things wear down so slowly, over time, that we don’t notice that they’re not performing as they can, or as they should.

Today I’m going to look at the turning wheels in the rest of my life, to see if they could benefit from some air, a patch, or if they too need replacing.
