Please be aware that in busy sale periods, next day delivery may not be available as a shipping option.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns. If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email highcroftwriting@outlook.com to start the return process.
