You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to the courier so you can stay updated. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns. If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email highcroftwriting@outlook.com to start the return process.
