Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns. If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. For non-personalised products, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt of the parcel, please email highcroftwriting@outlook.com to start the return process.

Price includes second class postage within the UK.

We currently only ship to the UK as standard.  Please contact us at highcroftwriting@outlook.com if you are outside the UK and wish to arrnage a purchase.

The majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, this can be longer in our busy sale periods. Please see below for expected time frames and delivery costs. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched to the courier so you can stay updated. Please be aware that in busy sale periods, next day delivery may not be available as a shipping option.
